Assessment Day - AUG 21

Registration for our Assessment Day is now open! All dancers interested in registering for our 2025/2026 Youth Training (recreational) and Competitive Programs must first complete an Assessment Day prior to enrolling. Dancers will be assessed and assigned within a class that is a best fit for their skill level.

The Assessment Day will occur on Thursday, August 21, 2025. Class times are scheduled based on each age group:

• 5:15 PM to 6:00 PM - Freshmen (ages 5 to 8)

• 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Sophomore (ages 9 to 12)

• 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Junior & Senior (ages 13 to 18)

Dancers interested in joining our Young Ones class (ages 3 to 4) will not require an assessment.

Ready to Register?

To register for our Youth Training & Competitive Program (Annual Term), please complete the Assessment registration process using our online platform, Dance Studio Pro - Account Portal. Parents/Guardians will be required to create their own account and their dancer’s profile. Please follow the registration instructions below for new dancers or returning dancers:

REGISTRATION FOR NEW DANCERS - AGES 4-18

STEP 1: Create your account on Dance Studio Pro

• This process is intended for Dancers/Parents/Guardians who are new to KSD and/or do not have an active Dance Studio Pro account.

• The dancer’s Parent/Guardian must create an admin account using our online platform, Dance Studio Pro.  Once your Parent/Guardian admin account is create, add your dancer’s/dancers’ profile. Please refer to our REGISTRATION GUIDE for a step-by-step process.

• Dancers that are 18 years of age can create their own admin and dancer profile account.

STEP 2: Select and enroll into the Asessment Day (S25) class options

• Once both accounts have been created, select “Register” on the main menu and select “Classes”.

• Under each of your dancer’s profile(s), you will see each of the assessment class suited for your dancer(s). Select the assessment class you would like to register your dancer(s) for and scroll to the bottom of the page to select “SUBMIT”.

• Review the waiver terms and select the box to agree to the terms. This will prompt a pop-up screen for the Parent/Guardian/Admin to type their name and input their signature

FINAL STEP - select “Process Registration” at the bottom of the page and you’re all set!

RETURNING DANCERS - AGES 4-18

STEP 1: Create your Account

• This process is intended for Dancers/Parents who have participated in our previous youth programs and/or summer intensives who should already have active accounts on our online platform, Dance Studio Pro  

• Please log into your admin account. If you have forgotten your password, please use the “Forgot my password option”.

STEP 2: Select and enroll into the Assessment Day (S25) class option

• Once logged in, select “Register” on the main menu and select “Classes”.

• Under each of your dancer’s profile(s), you will see each of the assessment classes suited for your dancer(s). Select the assessment class(es) you would like to register your dancer(s) for and scroll to the bottom of the page to select “SUBMIT”.

• Review the waiver terms and select the box to agree to the terms. This will prompt a pop-up screen for the Parent/Guardian/Admin to type their name and input their signature.

FINAL STEP - select “Process Registration” at the bottom of the page and you’re all set!
